Comiss\u00e3o Pr\u00f3pria de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto de Ensino Superior de Rond\u00f4nia (IESUR) representa a articula\u00e7\u00e3o entre o planejamento estrat\u00e9gico e as a\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas no \u00e2mbito da estrutura acad\u00eamica. Tem como objetivo avaliar o desempenho desta Institui\u00e7\u00e3o como um todo de forma qualitativa e quantitativa. Refere-se aos aspectos estruturais e acad\u00eamicos, ao corpo administrativo, docente e discente, sem deixar de contemplar a sociedade civil, entorno e egressos.<\/p><p>Segundo a Lei n\u00ba 10.861, a CPA dever\u00e1 atuar com autonomia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a conselhos e demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os colegiados existentes na institui\u00e7\u00e3o, garantindo desta forma a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os segmentos da comunidade acad\u00eamica e de representante da sociedade civil organizada.<\/p><p>O objetivo da Comiss\u00e3o \u00e9 auxiliar na gest\u00e3o institucional nas dimens\u00f5es acad\u00eamica e administrativa, a fim de identificar as potencialidades e a superar os limites para a melhoria permanente da qualidade das atividades desenvolvidas pelo aos departamentos;<br \/>&#8211; apoiar o processo de Planejamento Institucional, bem como acompanhar o seu desenvolvimento;<br \/>&#8211; avaliar o desempenho desta Institui\u00e7\u00e3o como um todo de forma qualitativa e quantitativa;<br \/>&#8211; assegurar a continuidade do processo avaliativo e fortalecer a cultura de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>&#8211; identificar as potencialidades da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o: \u00e1reas, cursos e programas, nas dimens\u00f5es de ensino, pesquisa, extens\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o e
