seguran\u00e7a alimentar e \u00e0 aten\u00e7\u00e3o diet\u00e9tica, em todas as \u00e1reas do conhecimento em que alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o se apresentem fundamentais para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as de indiv\u00edduos ou grupos populacionais, contribuindo para a melhoria da qualidade de vida, pautado em princ\u00edpios \u00e9ticos, com reflex\u00e3o sobre a realidade econ\u00f4mica, pol\u00edtica, social e cultural.<\/p><p>O curso de nutri\u00e7\u00e3o da FAAr tem carga
